PORTSMOUTH—A moving company that started on a card table in an apartment in Dover has now expanded to the Eastern Seaboard. Mike Carlton, president of Calling All Cargo Moving & Storage has added two tractor-trailers to his fleet to help transport anything and everything from their Dover and Greenland facilities all the way to their brand-new branch in West Palm Beach, Fla.
