ROCHESTER – In recognition of National Fall Prevention Awareness Month, Cornerstone VNA is offering a free “lunch and learn” webinar for community members. The “Stay Upright! Tips for Fall-Free Living” webinar will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 25 from noon to 1 p.m. Webinar attendees will learn how to improve their balance and prevent falls.
