Membership & Marketing Director

We are looking for a driven individual to join our Marketing & Membership team in Portsmouth, New Hampshire as the company continues to grow. Job Description & Title: The Member Relations Associate, reporting directly to the Membership and Marketing Director is responsible for servicing our panel members and nonprofit partners who are passionate about their mission and enthusiastic about Op4G. Duties: -Manage the customer support inbox making sure to help members with complaints and questions about their membership experience. -Responsible for servicing the panel member needs of Opinions4Good and responding to requests within 24-hours of being received. Op4G Support hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm eastern time. -Support the Membership and Marketing Director in initiating an action plan to approach, create content, build relationships, and secure new members and re-engage current members. -Build various email marketing campaigns describing ways members can best succeed with Opinions 4 Good -Collaborate with Team Manager, Technology Department, Directors and CEO to streamline both internal and external processes and procedures to improve communications and delivery services. Assist the IT and Project management team in testing, troubleshooting, and integration development of our software tool. Communicate findings and suggested ideas to resolve issues. -Call non-profit prospects and partners proposing ways Op4G could best meet fundraising goals and future growth. Seek out new non-profit partnerships. - Assist with Facebook advertisements and driving traffic to our sign up campaign pages. -Create member satisfaction surveys and use results to drive positive change for the member experience. -Other duties as time allow Education and Experience Prior marketing or customer support experience. College degree, experience or coursework in marketing, business, communications, creative design or a related field. Experience with Zoho or any customer support help desk a PLUS Experience with Canva, or creative editing software a PLUS Experience with email marketing platforms a PLUS. Experience with Facebook advertisements a PLUS. *Will be part of the training process if not* Requirements A can-do positive attitude, enthusiasm and high energy are a must.
